BioI had this idea to write a story about a kid who grew up in a shit-hole of a town and made some huge life altering mistakes. But as opposed toahving him give up, I decided to have him pursue the things he wants anyway, against the advice of everyone telling him he'll never get what he wanted becasue of the errors he had made in the past. Then one day, when he makes it, they will all be in a state of shock.
